The blog covers a wide range of topics, including law, sociology, politics, and economics, both in India and globally. ReadLaw welcomes original and well analysed Articles and Blogs that explore contemporary issues in these fields. We also accept commentary on cases, new laws, and policies, reviews of relevant works, and short pieces. After thorough evaluation of the submission by the Content Team, the accepted submissions will be published on the ReadLaw website. We strongly encourage interdisciplinary articles from academics, professionals, and students, aiming to foster open and informed discussions on legal and socio-political matters.
 
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
 

​To ensure a smooth and efficient submission process, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Originality: Submissions must be original and not published elsewhere. Plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
    

2. Relevance: We welcome articles on various legal topics, including business law, intellectual property, family law, criminal defence, and more. Ensure your piece addresses contemporary legal issues and provides valuable insights.
    

3. Word Count:
   Articles : 1000-2000 words
   Research Papers : 2000-5000 words
   Case Commentaries : 2000 - 5000 words 
                         

4. Language: All submissions must be in English and free from grammatical errors.
    

5. Formatting: Please submit your article in a Word document with a clear title and your name, email, and affiliation.
    

6. Citation: Ensure proper referencing and citation of sources used in your article. Follow a recognized citation style (e.g., APA, MLA, Harvard).
    

7. Focus Area: While we cover various legal topics, we particularly encourage articles related to "Gender and Technology" this year.
    

Our editorial team will review all submissions. You will receive a confirmation upon selection of the submission of the publication, and the details of the payment of the publication would be provided via mail. The selected publications would further be published on our website, post payment of the required fees. By submitting your article to ReadLaw, you agree to grant us non-exclusive rights to publish and promote your work. We reserve the right to edit for clarity and style while preserving the integrity of your content.

HOW TO SUBMIT?

To submit your publication :

​

1. E-mail the publication to submitatreadlaw@gmail.com, with the subject line "Article Submission - [Your Article Title]."
 

2. You will receive an update from us within the next 24 hours  concerning the selection of your publication. In case of selection of the manuscript, the publication fee has to be paid. Post payment of the publication fee, your publication would be punlished on the website within 24 hours of the payment.
